It will stay fairly misty in parts of the east and the south, however.Wind speeds will remain quite high throughout the day but temperatures will generally be higher.Highest temperatures of about 10 C should be felt across the country, although the winds will make it feel colder.Tonight will stay cloudy and with scattered outbreaks of rain.
