After launching the Holly 4 in India early last month, Huawei sub-brand Honor has now brought out the Honor Holly 4 Plus. As the name suggests, the smartphone is a larger variant of the Holly 4 and packs some upgraded specs such as a 5.5-inch display, 4000mAh battery and an 8-megapixel selfie camera, among other things. The budget smartphone is priced at Rs 13,999 and will be available in Grey, Gold and Silver colours starting November 3 across all Honor partner stores.The Honor Holly 4 Plus sports a metal finish with a fingerprint sensor on the back and 8.5mm in thickness, similar to the Holly 4. It features a 5.5-inch (720×1280) HD display with a 2.5D glass on top and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor. To recall, the Honor Holly 4 comes with a 5-inch display and Snapdragon 430 SoC. The latest in the Holly 4-Series is offered with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card. The handset runs EMUI 5.1 based on Android 7.0.The rear camera on the Holly 4 Plus has been downgraded to a 12-megapixel sensor compared to the 13-megapixel sensor on the Holly 4. Meanwhile, the front camera gets a bumped up to an 8-megapixel sensor compared to the 5-megapixel sensor on the Holly 4. The camera app includes Slowmotion, Timelapse and Pro modes, among other options. You can expect to find the same connectivity options as the Holly 4 including 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, Micro-USB with OTG support. Sensors on board include accelerometer, proximity and ambient light sensors.
